- • The Talent Sourcer role at Volga Partners LLC is a performance-based, freelance opportunity focused on sourcing Hindi-speaking candidates for high-volume AI data annotation and labeling projects in India. This role is critical to supporting large-scale global AI initiatives by building reliable talent pipelines for language-specific data operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Facebook groups, WhatsApp, Telegram, job boards, and referral networks; conducting recruiter screenings in Hindi and/or English; maintaining accurate records in Workable; coordinating with HR on onboarding and compliance; and tracking candidate progress through activation milestones.
- • Volga Partners is a U.S.-based company supporting AI, machine learning, multilingual data operations, and global technology programs. The company partners with international markets to deliver large-scale language data initiatives and is expanding its global workforce operations through remote, performance-driven talent acquisition.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in high-volume sourcing for gig and freelance work, gain hands-on experience with AI data operations hiring, improve cross-cultural communication in Hindi and English, and build a track record in performance-based recruitment with measurable impact on global AI projects.
🎯 Requirements
- • Based in India with understanding of the local job market and sourcing landscape
- • Fluency in Hindi and English for effective communication with candidates
- • Experience sourcing for entry-level, freelance, BPO, annotation, or gig-style roles
- • Familiarity with sourcing channels such as WhatsApp communities, Telegram groups, Facebook groups, and local job boards
- • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- • Comfort with high-volume outreach, follow-up, and maintaining accurate recruitment records in tools like Workable
