• • Day to day, you will manage shared inboxes (hello@, care@, accounting@, tax@), guide clients through onboarding and offboarding, build and refine SOPs and templates, own and execute the content calendar using tools like Social Pilot, schedule and publish content, analyze performance for continuous improvement, and support leadership by turning direction into action through structured workflows and process optimization.
