📋 Description
- • Lead complex HRIS implementation projects for Deel’s clients across APAC and EMEA, ensuring accurate data migration, proper system configuration, and seamless transitions.
- • Mentor and guide new Implementation Managers, promoting best practices in HRIS implementation and fostering team development.
- • Serve as an expert consultant to client stakeholders, recommending and implementing HRIS migration strategies aligned with business needs.
- • Act as a subject matter expert on the Deel HR platform and its integrations, providing guidance on features, functionalities, and touchpoints with other Deel products.
- • Oversee and perform data imports from legacy HRIS systems to Deel HR, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- • Plan, validate, and test data transfers meticulously to prevent errors, minimize disruptions, and deliver projects with high client satisfaction.
- • Drive process improvement by refining internal HRIS migration procedures, suggesting enhancements to SOPs, and exploring automation opportunities.
- • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of implementation projects across time zones and regions.
- • Analyze client data pre- and post-migration to verify accuracy, completeness, and satisfaction, producing detailed reports for stakeholders.
- • Contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced, remote-first culture that values diversity, innovation, and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HRIS Implementation and Data Migration with proven success in managing complex migration projects.
- • Strong project management skills, including the ability to design and manage effective system migration plans and schedules.
- • Deep understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices, with proficiency in HRIS systems and related software tools.
- • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and data clearly in written, presentation, and verbal formats.
- • Experience in consulting on or executing change management within enterprise organizations.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, remote environment.
