• In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Axiomatic AI by identifying and recruiting individuals who possess the unique blend of technical expertise and innovative thinking required to advance our groundbreaking work. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding intricate technical requirements with hiring managers to extending offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new team members. Your ability to build strong relationships, coupled with your keen eye for talent, will be essential in attracting candidates who are not only skilled but also aligned with our mission and values.
• Your responsibilities will extend beyond simply filling open positions. You will be a strategic partner to our hiring managers, providing market insights, advising on recruitment best practices, and developing creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates in a highly competitive landscape. This includes leveraging a variety of channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry events, and our own employee referral program, to build robust talent pipelines. You will be responsible for crafting compelling job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the interview process with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for everyone involved.
• A significant part of your role will involve deeply understanding the nuances of our technical roles. You will work closely with our engineering, research, and leadership teams to grasp the specific skills, experience, and cultural fit we are seeking. This requires a proactive approach to learning about AI, machine learning, deep learning, formal logic, physics-based modeling, and scientific research workflows. Your ability to translate these complex technical needs into effective recruitment strategies will be key to your success.
• You will also contribute to enhancing Axiomatic AI's employer brand. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Specialist, Technical Recruiter, or similar role, with a strong track record of success in full-cycle recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates, particularly in highly technical or specialized fields like AI, machine learning, or software engineering.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence effectively.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
