- • As the Talent Strategy and Rewards Lead at Solace Corporation, you will build and scale compensation, equity, and rewards infrastructure to support the company’s rapid growth and mission to redefine healthcare access through patient advocacy technology.
- • You will own compensation strategy and operations, including developing salary bands, leveling frameworks, benchmarking, and managing annual compensation cycles, promotions, and off-cycle adjustments while ensuring equitable and competitive pay practices.
- • You will administer equity programs, manage vendor relationships (e.g., Pulley), ensure compliance, and support employee education on equity grants, refreshes, and reporting in partnership with Finance and Legal.
- • You will support total rewards initiatives, including benefits strategy, vendor management, open enrollment, and communication, while helping redesign offerings as the company scales.
- • You will build and maintain compensation workflows in Workday, create dashboards for workforce trends, ensure data integrity, and partner with Finance on headcount planning and reporting.
- • You will collaborate closely with People, Finance, Recruiting, and leadership to align rewards programs with business goals, improve operational rigor, and scale processes from the ground up in a high-growth, mission-driven startup environment.
- • You will contribute to Solace’s culture of urgency, precision, and heart by helping attract, retain, and reward talent in a way that reflects the company’s values and supports its Series C-backed growth trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience building or operating compensation and total rewards programs in high-growth environments
- • Strong analytical and operational mindset with experience in compensation benchmarking, leveling, salary bands, and equity administration
- • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Recruiting, Legal, and leadership teams
- • Strong systems orientation; Workday experience strongly preferred
- • Comfortable building processes from scratch and improving operational rigor with high attention to detail
- • Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams while managing sensitive/confidential information
