📋 Description
- • The Tax Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the tax department at Breslow Starling, ensuring efficient tax return workflow and client service during peak tax season.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and tracking tax organizers and engagement letters, managing client document collection, assisting with tax return assembly and e-filing, monitoring deadlines, communicating with clients about missing information, and supporting tax partners and staff with administrative tasks.
- • Breslow Starling is an independent, full-service accounting and advisory firm specializing in accounting and consulting services for businesses and individuals, operating as part of the Crete Professionals Alliance with a commitment to a supportive and inclusive workplace.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in tax administration processes, gain hands-on experience with tax and accounting software, strengthen organizational and client communication skills, and contribute to a growing firm’s operational excellence during critical tax periods.
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior administrative experience, preferably in a CPA or professional services firm
- • Strong organizational and communication skills
- • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- • Proficiency in Tax and Accounting Software and Microsoft Office and document management systems
- • High attention to detail and professionalism
