• • The Tax Manager at Rover Group, Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring tax compliance and supporting the company’s financial operations across multiple jurisdictions, directly contributing to Rover’s mission of connecting pet owners with trusted caregivers while maintaining financial integrity and regulatory adherence.
• • Day to day, the Tax Manager will prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns, manage tax provisions and accruals, support audit responses, monitor changes in tax legislation, and collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and planning.
