- • This freelance position requires 8–20 hours per week, fully remote, and is ideal for tax advisors, consultants, accountants, or specialists based in the EU or UK who want to contribute to cutting-edge AI development while maintaining flexibility alongside existing commitments.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI-generated responses on tax matters for technical accuracy, legal compliance, and practical use; evaluating outputs against statutory requirements, filing procedures, cross-border considerations, and industry-specific tax issues.
- • Creating realistic tax scenarios covering compliance, tax planning, corporate and personal tax, international taxation, and VAT, then assessing AI reasoning to identify gaps, inaccuracies, or flawed interpretations in methodology or application.
- • Drafting variations of tax scenarios from multiple stakeholder perspectives—such as advisor, client, or regulatory authority—to ensure AI systems understand contextual nuances and practical implications across different use cases.
- • Identifying and flagging unrealistic, non-compliant, or erroneous AI-generated content to improve model reliability and alignment with real-world tax standards and best practices.
- • Collaborating with AI labs through 10Xteam’s platform to contribute to the training and refinement of large AI models, directly impacting the quality and trustworthiness of AI-generated tax advice.

🎯 Requirements
- • Several years of professional experience in tax compliance, advisory, or consulting within the EU or UK jurisdiction.
- • Demonstrated expertise in tax law, tax code interpretation, and practical application across areas such as corporate tax, personal tax, VAT, and international tax matters.
- • Strong ability to identify inaccuracies, unrealistic scenarios, or compliance risks in AI-generated tax content and provide clear, evidence-based feedback.
- • Availability to commit 8–20 hours per week on a freelance basis, with flexibility to start in the coming weeks.
- • Based in the EU or UK, with the right to work as a freelancer in the region.
- • Comfort working independently in a remote environment and engaging with structured onboarding and evaluation processes.
