- • As a TASKI Floorcare Machine Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the expert keeping our advanced cleaning technology performing at its best. You’ll carry out repairs, maintenance, and service visits at customer sites across Ireland, ensuring machines are up and running efficiently — and that customers experience the outstanding service Diversey is known for.
- • Day to day, you’ll attend breakdowns and scheduled maintenance visits at customer sites, deliver excellent service and technical support to internal and external customers, monitor and maintain van stock to maximise first-time fix rates, reduce machine downtime through remote diagnosis and fixes where possible, plan your workload efficiently and communicate effectively with the Planning Team, maintain accurate service records and update Salesforce for jobs, parts, and status tracking, follow all safety protocols and maintain PPE in line with company standards, and participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with new technologies and procedures.
