- • Consult with Human Capital, Risk & Compliance, and line-of-service leaders to define data requirements that feed executive dashboards, regulatory filings, and client-proposal credentials; translate learning metrics into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
- • Proactively audit 100,000+ learner records each quarter to ensure completion rates, CE credits, and certification statuses are 100 % accurate; design exception reports and automated quality-assurance scripts that cut manual rework by 30 %.
- • Lead continuous-improvement sprints that re-engineer intake forms, batch-upload templates, and notification workflows; present ROI findings that have already saved 1,200 staff hours annually.
- • Build and defend annual program budgets up to $2 M, tracking vendor invoices, venue costs, and technology subscriptions; provide monthly forecasts that keep spend within 2 % of plan.
