- • As Team Lead Controlling & Reporting at Glow25 GmbH, you will drive transparent cost management and data-informed decision-making across the business, leading the controlling function to support sustainable growth in a fast-paced beauty and pro-aging company.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the cost side of the P&L, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing management reports, advancing the fast close initiative, maintaining cost center structures, enhancing BI tools and dashboards, and actively contributing to finance process improvements and project roadmaps.
- • You will lead and develop the controlling team both technically and disciplinarily, serving as a mentor and sparring partner while fostering an environment where team members can work autonomously and make meaningful impact.
- • Acting as a key business partner, you will collaborate closely with department heads, accounting, HR, and operations, translating financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • Completed (Master) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or a related field
- • Several years of experience in controlling or FP&A, preferably in a high-growth or e-commerce environment
- • Proven experience in technical or disciplinary team leadership
- • Strong understanding of P&L, cost structures, budgeting, and forecasting
- • Proficiency in Excel for structured data preparation (must-have)
- • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- • German language proficiency at C1 level and English at minimum B2 level
