📋 Description

• As Team Lead Influencer Marketing at Emma Matratzen GmbH, you will lead and scale the influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across global markets, directly contributing to Emma’s mission of empowering better sleep worldwide.
• You will manage a team of influencer marketing specialists, develop end-to-end campaign strategies from briefing to performance analysis, negotiate partnerships with macro and micro-influencers, oversee content creation and approval workflows, track KPIs such as ROAS, engagement, and reach, and collaborate closely with creative, performance marketing, and social teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Emma is the world’s largest direct-to-consumer sleep brand, operating in over 35 markets with more than 15 retail stores across Europe, backed by a mission-driven culture that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning among its 70+ nationalities workforce.
• In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in influencer marketing at scale, gain deep insights into global consumer behavior in the sleep and wellness space, master data-driven campaign optimization, and build a high-performing team that drives measurable impact on brand growth and market expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading influencer marketing campaigns and teams in a fast-paced, international environment
• Strong track record of managing influencer partnerships, negotiating contracts, and measuring ROI through KPIs like ROAS, engagement, and reach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with creative, performance, and social teams
