- • Lead the Platform SAT Team at BLP Digital, a fast-growing Swiss SaaS scaleup spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, redefining ERP automation with agentic AI used by Fortune 500 companies across 40+ countries.
- • Head a team of 5 senior engineers (scaling to 8) who own major cross-cutting platform initiatives, serving as the connective tissue across the company’s biggest technical efforts.
- • Join a high-impact engineering culture where technical excellence, ownership, and deep expertise in systems and business processes drive real-world automation at scale.
- • Grow both technically and as a leader by staying hands-on with Go and MySQL while shaping team direction, mentoring engineers, and driving platform-level outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven management experience leading a team of senior engineers (5+), including hiring, performance management, and career development
- • Deep MySQL knowledge — query optimization, indexing, replication, and performance tuning under real load
- • Experience operating production systems: on-call, incident response, observability, postmortems
- • Experience with functional programming concepts and languages, with a focus on software quality beyond aesthetics
- • Track record of establishing engineering principles and raising the bar on code quality, correctness, and testing
- • Comfort working across team boundaries to build alignment, navigate competing priorities, and get things done without formal authority
