• • As a Team Lead, Recruitment - Philippines (Remote) at Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc., you will play an integral role in acting as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, combining cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent that meets critical client hiring needs.
• • Day to day, you will assist the Recruiting Manager in developing the team into expert Recruitment Consultants, lead the full selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting pre-screens, facilitating interviews, gathering feedback, building and maintaining candidate networks, developing creative recruitment strategies, presenting strong talent to overcome hiring objections, counseling hiring managers on selections and compensation, mentoring team members, recommending process improvements, and updating administrative responsibilities such as ATS data entry, reporting, and auditing team metrics and compliance.
