📋 Description
- • Lead and develop a team of 7 Account Growth sales professionals focused on driving incremental revenue (NRR) through daily coaching, structured 1:1s, and call reviews.
- • Join sales calls and demos as needed, particularly during early stages, to understand the sales motion and provide hands-on support in challenging situations.
- • Establish and maintain a high-performing team rhythm with clear weekly and monthly cadences, pipeline hygiene standards, and performance review routines.
- • Own end-to-end sales forecasting: build reliable forecasts, adjust strategies monthly based on data, and consistently deliver against team targets after a 3-month ramp-up period.
- • Manage team performance using data-driven insights: track key KPIs, diagnose performance gaps, and apply coaching and execution levers to influence outcomes.
- • Partner closely with Sales Enablement to ensure adoption of sales guidelines, share field feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of the Account Growth motion.
- • Foster a results-first culture grounded in discipline, accountability, and measurable outcomes rather than instinct-based management.
- • Operate in a high-volume, remote inside sales environment with short-to-mid sales cycles and clearly defined qualification standards.
- • Maintain rigorous pipeline management practices to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with company-wide revenue goals.
- • Drive execution discipline by implementing standardized review rituals, scorecards, and performance tracking frameworks.
- • Act as a role model for coaching excellence, demonstrating consistent feedback delivery and behavioral alignment with Qonto’s customer-centric values.
- • Influence the evolution of first-line sales management standards at Qonto through direct experience and iterative improvement of team processes.
- • Work in a fast-moving, maturing sales environment where methodology, data accuracy, and coaching quality directly impact team scalability and revenue growth.
- • Leverage CRM data (Salesforce) and straightforward reporting tools to monitor team performance and make informed, timely decisions.
- • Balance speed and quality in a high-volume sales motion without compromising pipeline integrity or customer experience.
- • Contribute to a discrimination-free, merit-based culture that values diversity, with 80+ nationalities and 45% women across the organization.
- • Utilize AI tools extensively as part of daily workflow, experimenting proactively and knowing when to trust or question AI-driven insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead in a tech company
- • Proven ability to coach and manage a high-volume inside sales team using structured methods (rituals, frameworks, scorecards, review routines)
- • Strong proficiency in forecasting and managing team performance using CRM data (Salesforce)
- • Fluency in both French and English
- • Experience with short-to-mid cycle inside sales motions and remote selling environments
- • Natural ability to motivate teams through positive energy, human connection, and a results-driven mindset
