📋 Description

• • Lead and manage a team of 20 billing and rejection specialists, ensuring accurate processing of claims, edits, and rejections in accordance with RCM standards.
• • Oversee daily operations including work allocation, production management, and quality review for billing and rejection workflows.
• • Provide second-level support to team members on billing inquiries, claim resolutions, and system-related issues.
• • Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on team performance, production metrics, and quality outcomes.
• • Maintain compliance with CMS 1500 standards and ensure proper handling of billing edits and claim rejections.
• • Foster team development through attendance tracking, leave management, and attrition monitoring.
• • Deliver consistent feedback to team members on production and quality performance.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing accuracy and rejection efficiency.
• • Ensure timely resolution of escalated issues and maintain service level agreements.
• • Train and mentor junior staff on billing best practices and RCM procedures.
• • Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement in billing operations.
