📋 Description

• As a TCS Team Leader for Solenis LLC in the Southwest of England, you will lead, coach, and develop a regional engineering team while maintaining hands-on technical service delivery, ensuring high standards of service excellence across customer sites.
• You will split your time between field work (minimum 50%) and team leadership, providing coaching, mentoring new starters, cascading technical knowledge, and supporting the TCS Engineering Manager in driving performance and consistency.
• You will operate within a legacy-driven organization rooted in over a century of innovation in cleaning and hygiene technologies, serving industries including Food & Beverage, with a mission to protect people, resources, and the planet.
• In this role, you will develop leadership and technical expertise by leading training sessions, resolving complex technical issues, managing vanstock levels, and aligning resources to meet service targets, positioning yourself as a technical authority and people developer.

• Minimum 3 years of technical experience
• Proven leadership skills through project work or team management
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to inspire and motivate both peers and direct reports
