- • As a Team Manager at Capita plc, you will lead and develop a team within the Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS), ensuring service delivery meets business objectives, internal and external service levels, and regulatory standards to eliminate financial penalties, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce complaints.
- • Day to day, you will manage human resources functions including setting objectives, conducting 1-2-1 meetings and appraisals, overseeing recruitment and selection, providing coaching, managing absences and disciplinary actions, and supporting staff development through personal accountability and performance management.
- • You will be part of HAAS, a service that arranges and carries out assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Communities (DfC) to determine eligibility for benefits, working within Capita’s network of experienced professionals across multiple disciplines and sectors.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership, coaching, and analytical skills, drive team performance and engagement, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and build a clear career path within Capita with access to training, development, and internal mobility opportunities.
