- • Lead and manage a high-performing team of consultants delivering Veeva’s Cloud Managed Services for life sciences customers in Poland, ensuring consistent quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- • Serve as the primary cultural and administrative representative for Veeva Systems in Poland, fostering local engagement, alignment with company values, and employee success across the team.
- • Oversee end-to-end delivery of SaaS Managed Services, including implementation, optimization, and ongoing support for cloud-based solutions used by pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, retention, and expansion of Veeva’s cloud platform in the Polish market.
- • Drive operational excellence by establishing and refining service delivery processes, performance metrics, and escalation protocols tailored to the needs of life sciences customers in EMEA.
- • Act as the key liaison between Veeva’s global Managed Services organization and local stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and alignment with Veeva’s global service standards.
- • Mentor and develop team members through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career pathing discussions, promoting growth in technical, consulting, and leadership competencies.
- • Monitor team utilization, capacity planning, and resource allocation to maintain optimal service levels while supporting business growth and profitability targets.
- • Represent Veeva at local industry events, client meetings, and partner engagements to strengthen brand presence and build trust with life sciences organizations in Poland.
- • Ensure all team activities adhere to Veeva’s core values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed, embedding these principles into daily operations and decision-making.
- • Travel up to 15% of the time across EMEA to support client engagements, team meetings, and internal alignment sessions, with flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Poland.
- • Contribute to the strategic growth of Veeva’s Managed Services business in Poland by identifying new service opportunities, client needs, and market trends within the life sciences sector.
- • Maintain strong communication with global leadership to report on team performance, regional challenges, and opportunities for scaling Veeva’s impact in the Polish market.
- • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-trust team culture that reflects Veeva’s commitment to Employee Success and psychological safety.
- • Ensure all service delivery complies with industry-specific regulatory requirements relevant to life sciences clients, including data privacy and compliance standards in the EMEA region.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing a team of consultants or service delivery professionals in a SaaS or cloud-based environment
- • Deep understanding of managed services delivery models and customer success frameworks
- • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent and driving team performance
- • Experience working with life sciences or regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices) is preferred
- • Ability to travel up to 15% within EMEA
- • Fluency in Polish and professional working proficiency in English
