• This role demands a leader who is deeply product-passionate, possesses a keen intellect for solving intricate deep tech engineering problems, and embraces a rapid "Proof of Concept first" methodology. A profound sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential qualities we are looking for. You will be a key technical decision-maker, guiding the evolution of our SaaS solutions and mentoring other engineers within the tribe. Your contributions will be critical in maintaining and enhancing the performance, scalability, and resilience of our backend applications that power our gaming platforms.
• Your responsibilities will extend to developing and maintaining robust backend applications, meticulously optimizing existing systems for peak performance and scalability, and ensuring the seamless operation of our services. You will collaborate closely with a distributed, talented team of engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and implement new features. A significant part of your role will involve conducting thorough code and architectural reviews, fostering a culture of quality and best practices. You will be tasked with dissecting complex business problems and devising innovative, efficient, and scalable technical solutions.
• Furthermore, you will play an active role in ensuring the continuous availability and reliability of our systems by participating in on-call rotations within the squad. This hands-on involvement in operational aspects will provide invaluable insights for system improvements and proactive issue resolution. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to dive deep into the codebase, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that have a tangible impact on our business metrics. Your ability to translate business needs into elegant, efficient technical designs will be highly valued.
• As a Tech Lead, you will be a champion for technical best practices, driving initiatives related to testing, monitoring, and deployment. You will contribute to the strategic technical roadmap of the Platform Tribe, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. 🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) language such as Java, Python, C++, C#, or Go, with a strong willingness to work extensively with Node.js/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming techniques and experience with distributed systems and messaging systems (e.g., Apache Kafka, gRPC).
• Demonstrated experience with various database technologies, including relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL), columnar (ClickHouse), and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining production-ready solutions, including comprehensive unit and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Kubernetes.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
