- • As a Tech Lead at Deel, you will drive technical excellence and influence across engineering teams to build scalable, reliable systems that power the company’s global payroll and HR platform, directly impacting how businesses hire and pay talent worldwide.
- • You will identify and prioritize high-impact technical and product problems, design and guide scalable backend and data systems, own architectural decisions across data and services, ensure systems perform efficiently under real-world load, and lead execution through others by influencing alignment and delegating effectively.

🎯 Requirements
- • Deep expertise in relational databases (SQL), including query optimization, indexing strategies, transactions, isolation levels, and concurrency control
- • Strong understanding of distributed systems: queues, message brokers, microservices, load balancing, CDNs, and end-to-end system design
- • Proven ability to lead through influence—driving alignment, delegating effectively, and scaling impact without relying on authority
