📋 Description

• Tech Lead / Engineering Manager - Fullstack JS/TS role at Lemlist SAS, a bootstrapped and profitable B2B SaaS company with $54M+ ARR, focused on sales engagement and social selling products.
• The role begins as a Senior Fullstack Developer and evolves into a Tech Lead position after 3-6 months based on performance, involving end-to-end feature development, codebase improvements, mentoring, and technical leadership within a squad.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include building frontend and backend features with the Product team, refactoring and optimizing code, solving technical issues collaboratively, mentoring peers, and driving quality and delivery as a Tech Lead.
• Lemlist is a remote-friendly, agile company of 155 people, majority-owned by its founder, with a mission to help businesses grow through its product lines: lemlist & Claap ($49M ARR) and Taplio & Tweet Hunter ($4.5M ARR).
• In this role, you will gain ownership over technical decisions, improve system scalability and performance, mentor fellow developers, and grow into a leadership position while contributing to high-impact products used by thousands of businesses worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in TypeScript/JavaScript across frontend and backend development
• Solid skills in Node.js, React, and MongoDB
• Proven track record building and maintaining web applications
• Fluency in both French and English, with availability in the French timezone (+/- 2h)
• Autonomous, fast learner, and collaborative mindset
• Hunger to continuously learn, especially around JS/TS advancements
