📋 Description
- • Collaborate with project teams to translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- • Design and maintain logical and physical system artifacts to ensure alignment with business needs, project constraints, and architectural standards.
- • Define high-level and low-level technical tasks for development teams, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with project timelines.
- • Work directly with individual team members to estimate and refine task durations, providing guidance to maintain project schedule adherence.
- • Provide technical design leadership to ensure solutions are scalable, extensible, and built using best practices in cloud-native and enterprise architecture.
- • Enforce adherence to maintenance and enhancement protocols to meet service level agreements for system availability, performance, and security.
- • Partner with cross-functional technology teams to support interdependent projects and ensure seamless integration across systems.
- • Contribute to the development, governance, and evolution of departmental architectural standards and technical best practices.
- • Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications with a focus on high performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- • Implement and manage RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to enable robust integration between internal and external systems.
- • Utilize Microsoft Azure services and platforms to build, deploy, and operate cloud-native applications with emphasis on scalability, availability, and security.
- • Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and implement database-driven functionalities to support application requirements.
- • Apply strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns to guide solution development and technical decision-making.
- • Balance technical requirements with business objectives to deliver solutions that drive value while minimizing technical debt.
- • Mentor junior developers and provide technical coaching to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
- • Lead technical projects from inception through planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
- • Utilize desktop productivity tools including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint) for documentation, planning, and communication.
- • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support organizational priorities and evolving technical needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7 years of experience in software development with proficiency in .NET-based application design and development
- • Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
- • Demonstrated expertise in building cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure services
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to bridge technical and business domains
