- • As a Tech Lead at Zensurance, you will provide technical leadership to the Core and Payments engineering teams, driving the design and implementation of scalable, secure systems that power the company’s digital insurance platform.
- • You will collaborate with Product Managers, Team Leads, Engineers, and Staff Developers to define technical direction, improve the checkout experience, and enhance the delivery of insurance products and documents through front-end and back-end solutions.
- • You will mentor team members, uphold engineering best practices, and ensure alignment with business goals while operating in a fast-paced, innovative InsurTech environment.
- • Zensurance is a rapidly growing Canadian InsurTech recognized by Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 and Fast 500, committed to transforming commercial insurance through technology, collaboration, and customer-centric innovation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack systems, payment integrations, and scalable architecture while influencing technical strategy and contributing to meaningful product impact in a remote-first setting.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or senior engineer leading full-stack development efforts
- • Strong expertise in both front-end applications and back-end API design and implementation
- • Experience with payment systems, e-signature, invoicing, or financial integrations
- • Ability to mentor engineers and collaborate effectively with product and engineering stakeholders
- • Experience working in agile, iterative development environments with a focus on scalability and security
- • Eligibility to work remotely within Canada
