- • As a Tech Lead for Web Core Product & Chrome Extension at Speechify, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for over 50 million people who rely on Speechify’s text-to-speech technology to overcome reading barriers and enhance learning.
- • Day to day, you will actively ship production code to web products, collaborate closely with your dedicated product team, participate in product discussions to influence the roadmap, and contribute to new features that impact millions of users globally.
- • You will join a fully distributed, high-caliber team of engineers and innovators from companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and top academic institutions, working in a flat organization where leadership is earned through technical excellence and consistent results.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users
- • Proficiency in the tech stack: Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, and Typescript
- • Strong customer obsession and passion for building high-quality products that serve user needs
- • Ability to work quickly, prioritize effectively, and decide what to ship now versus what needs more time
- • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, marketers, and product managers in a remote, opinionated team
