- • As a Tech Lead for Web Core Product & Chrome Extension at Speechify, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for over 50 million people who rely on the platform to convert text into audio for enhanced learning and productivity. This role is critical to advancing Speechify’s mission of eliminating reading barriers through innovative, scalable web and browser-based technologies.
- • Day to day, you will actively ship production code to Speechify’s web products and Chrome Extension, collaborate closely with your dedicated product team to translate vision into functional features, participate in product discussions that influence the roadmap, and contribute to the development of new, impactful features used by millions worldwide.
- • You will join a fully distributed, high-caliber team of nearly 200 engineers, AI researchers, and product experts from top-tier companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and Stanford, as well as high-growth startups such as Stripe, Vercel, and Bolt. Speechify operates with a flat organizational structure where leadership is earned through technical excellence, rapid delivery, and strong communication.
