- • Actively ship production code to Speechify’s web products, including the Web App and Chrome Extension
- • Work closely with a dedicated product team to deliver features that impact millions of users
- • Participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on user needs and business goals
- • Build and enhance user experiences that delight customers using Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, and TypeScript
- • Contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance web applications used by over 50 million people globally
- • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product managers to align technical execution with product vision
- • Balance speed and focus in a fast-paced, remote startup environment by deciding what to ship now versus what requires more time
- • Demonstrate customer obsession by building high-quality products that remove barriers to reading and learning
- • Operate in a flat organization where leadership is earned through technical excellence and consistent delivery of results
