📋 Description

• Tech Lead for Web Core Product & Chrome Extension at Speechify, a company dedicated to eliminating reading barriers through text-to-speech technology used by over 50 million people worldwide.
• Actively ship production code to web products, collaborate with product teams, participate in roadmap discussions, and build features impacting millions of users.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users
• Proficiency in Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, and Typescript
• Customer obsession with a passion for building high-quality products that serve user needs
• Ability to work quickly, prioritize effectively, and balance speed with quality in a high-growth environment
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, marketers, and product managers
• Focus and discipline to engage deeply or heads-down as needed in a remote, fast-paced team
