• As a Tech Recruiter, you will be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional individuals to join our dynamic technology teams, contributing directly to our innovative product development and growth.

• You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to deeply understand their technical needs, translating these into effective and efficient recruitment strategies.
• Your expertise will be crucial in defining and refining job requirements, identifying the most relevant skills, and designing robust assessment methods that accurately gauge candidate capabilities.
• You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach and candidate engagement through to offer negotiation and successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in tech recruitment, ideally within fast-paced, product-focused companies or the startup/scale-up environment.
• Demonstrated passion for and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equitable hiring practices.
• Exceptional sourcing skills with a track record of resourcefulness in identifying and engaging diverse talent pools.
• Strong ability to assess candidate potential beyond traditional qualifications and job titles, focusing on transferable skills and adaptability.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Empathetic, adaptable, and candidate-centric approach, prioritizing a positive and respectful candidate experience.

• Competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000, dependent on experience.
