- • As a fully remote, six-month contract position, this role offers flexibility and the chance to immerse yourself in a challenging yet rewarding environment. - • Your primary mission will be to proactively source, meticulously identify, and effectively engage high-quality technical talent. This includes a focus on critical roles within AI/ML engineering, software engineering, and other specialized technical domains. You will leverage a diverse array of sourcing channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, various niche and general job boards, and strategic direct outreach campaigns, ensuring a comprehensive approach to talent acquisition.
- • A key aspect of this role involves the proactive and strategic building and maintenance of a robust pipeline of both passive and active candidates. This pipeline will be specifically curated for the AI/ML and software engineering communities, ensuring that the company has a ready pool of exceptional talent for current and future hiring needs. You will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged with the company's mission and opportunities.
- • You will conduct initial candidate qualification calls with a high degree of professionalism and insight.
