• • As a Technical Support Specialist at Delivery Hero SE in Barcelona, you will play a key role in managing and supporting Live Operations Platforms, ensuring seamless operations across CRM, SSO, Voice Platforms, Chatbots, QA tools, LMS, Knowledge Base, and log reading systems.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading and supporting internal technical projects such as system migrations and tool implementations, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently, configuring and optimizing platform settings for improved performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
