- • Lead the global tech talent acquisition function for Sportygroup B.V., a remote-first technology company building next-generation product and platform teams, where you will own hiring strategy and execution across Engineering, Product, and Technology to support rapid scaling and innovation.
- • Lead, coach, and develop a distributed global team of Tech Talent Acquisition Specialists by setting clear goals, establishing operating rhythms, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ownership that drives consistent hiring outcomes.
- • Act as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders in Product, Engineering, and Technology, using market insights, data, and commercial acumen to influence hiring priorities, workforce planning, and stakeholder alignment while maintaining trusted relationships.
- • Design and deliver scalable, innovative global tech hiring strategies that support business growth, including creative pipeline development, candidate engagement tactics, and standardized processes ensuring high-quality, equitable candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- • Own and improve hiring metrics across speed, quality, diversity, and candidate experience, using data storytelling to inform decisions, drive process improvements, and demonstrate the impact of talent acquisition on business outcomes.
- • Ensure operational excellence by simplifying, standardizing, and continuously improving global TA processes to enable scale without friction, introducing structure where needed while preserving agility and business momentum.
- • Partner with hiring teams to close complex technical roles across Java, Python, Spring Boot, Microservices, MySQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, AWS, Grafana, and other modern tech stacks, leveraging deep expertise in technology-led industries such as gaming, entertainment, fintech, or high-growth environments.
- • Drive inclusive hiring practices and global talent sourcing across key markets including the EU, LATAM, India, and Taiwan, ensuring compliance, cultural awareness, and equitable access to opportunity.
- • Foster a hyper-collaborative, connected team culture that thrives amid change and ambiguity, where learning, feedback, and ownership are encouraged, and where the TA team is seen as a strategic enabler of business success.
- • Develop your leadership and strategic influence by shaping talent strategy at a scaling global tech business, gaining exposure to C-level stakeholders, and building expertise in data-driven talent acquisition, global workforce planning, and organizational scaling.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading internal tech recruitment teams in a scaling, global business environment
- • Strong track record hiring for Engineering, Product, and Technology roles, particularly within technology-led industries such as gaming, entertainment, fintech, or similar high-growth sectors
- • Deep expertise in hiring for modern tech stacks including Java, Python, Spring Boot, Microservices, MySQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, AWS, and Grafana
- • Demonstrated ability to hire across international markets, with preferred experience in the EU, LATAM, India, and Taiwan
- • Fluency in English is essential
