- • Nexxen seeks a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to ensure efficient support of our Tier 1 CTV publishers.
- • The Technical Account Manager will ensure technical support to both the publisher and the account management teams and be the subject matter expert for all things CTV internally.
- • Partner with the CTV Strategic Account Management Team to proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Tier 1 CTV publisher accounts.
- • Develop a deep understanding of publisher integrations, technical setups, and business objectives in partnership with Strategic Account Managers.
- • Support day-to-day publisher relationships by providing technical expertise during emails, business reviews, and customer meetings.
- • Translate complex technical requirements into practical, revenue-driving business solutions.
- • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for publisher deals and platform-related issues.
- • Collaborate with Product to develop a strong understanding of the CTV ecosystem, including publisher needs, DSP requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- • Identify product gaps and advocate for customer needs through a structured feature request process.
- • Own the submission, prioritization, and tracking of product enhancement requests.
- • Drive Customer Success and Business Growth by serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical and operational issues affecting CTV publisher accounts.
- • Partner with the Business Development team to evaluate prospective publisher opportunities and determine technical fit.
- • Support client meetings by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations.
- • Identify opportunities to increase product adoption, optimize performance, and drive incremental revenue.
- • Build clear business cases for product enhancements and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
- • Serve as Nexxen's internal CTV product expert, providing guidance across cross-functional teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or similar customer-facing technical role, preferably within AdTech.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
