  • • As a Technical Account Manager at Neural Concept SA, you will serve as the primary technical and strategic liaison for a portfolio of existing customers in the AI-for-engineering space, driving product adoption, expansion, and long-term success by combining deep engineering insight with commercial acumen to ensure customers realize measurable value from Neural Concept’s platform.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating data-driven success plans to monitor customer health and engagement, delivering tailored onboarding and advanced training sessions (including workshops and bootcamps) for simulation engineers and designers, leading technical discovery and scoping of solution proposals, managing project milestones from kick-off to delivery with rigorous status reporting and risk management, capturing and synthesizing customer feedback to influence product roadmaps, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, R&D, and Marketing to align internal initiatives with customer objectives.
  • • You will join a fast-growing, innovative team at Neural Concept SA, a Lausanne-based pioneer in applying machine learning and generative design to optimize engineering workflows across high-impact industries such as automotive, aerospace, and energy, where your work directly enables world-class engineers to accelerate product development, improve performance, and reduce time-to-market through AI-assisted innovation.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in technical consulting, enterprise account strategy, and AI-driven product advocacy, gaining exposure to cutting-edge ML applications in engineering while building a track record of driving customer outcomes, influencing product evolution, and contributing to the company’s mission of making sustainable, intelligent design accessible at scale.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Engineering degree (e.g., mechanical, aerospace, automotive, or related field) with demonstrable industry experience in a customer-facing role such as technical support, application engineering, or consulting.
  • • Minimum 6 years of proven experience in a technology-driven environment, with hands-on background in project and/or account management, including ownership of delivery timelines, stakeholder alignment, and success planning.
  • • Proficiency in CAD/CAE software (e.g., ANSYS, Siemens NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar) and a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, particularly as applied to engineering simulation, generative design, or predictive modeling.
