📋 Description

• • As a Technical Account Manager 2 (Thai Speaking) at Datadog, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to Thai-speaking enterprise customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from Datadog’s monitoring and observability platform by aligning technical solutions with business outcomes.
• • Day to day, you will advise on technical support and product adoption throughout the customer lifecycle, analyze IT environments to recommend optimizations, act as the customer’s advocate by translating goals into technical actions, prepare for and lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, and collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to influence feature development based on customer feedback.
• • You will join Datadog’s Technical Solutions team, a global group of in-house product experts focused on driving customer success and adoption through deep technical engagement, working remotely from Thailand with up to 30% travel required for customer engagement across the region.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud technologies, observability platforms, and enterprise IT operations while developing strategic advisory skills, gaining exposure to cross-functional product development, and growing into a trusted advisor who bridges technical implementation with business value for high-impact customers.
