📋 Description

• As a Technical Account Manager at dLocal Limited, you will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of the relationship with customers, serving as the first point of contact for upcoming merchants and guiding them to the best payment solutions tailored to their needs.
• Day to day, you will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Development teams to ensure seamless onboarding and technical support for merchants, focusing on merchant success and satisfaction in emerging markets.
• You will join a global team of over 1,000 teammates from 30+ nationalities, contributing to a mission that enables major global brands to collect payments across 40 emerging markets, simplifying payment expansion and increasing conversion rates.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in international payments systems, cross-functional collaboration, and merchant technical enablement, advancing your career in a fast-growing, impact-driven fintech environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in technical account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with merchants and internal teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers toward optimal solutions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global, or multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
