- • As a Technical Account Manager at Oscilar Inc., you will serve as the primary owner for assigned enterprise customers, driving end-to-end engagement from onboarding through value realization, renewal, and expansion. You will be accountable for ensuring high customer satisfaction, demonstrating clear ROI, and fostering long-term relationships that lead to strong renewals and growth opportunities in the AI Risk Decisioning™ space.
- • You will act as the trusted quarterback for your customers, combining technical fluency with executive presence to guide them through successful implementation and adoption of Oscilar’s platform. This includes leading onboarding, managing executive business reviews, advocating for customer needs internally, and partnering with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and success.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-powered risk decisioning, enterprise SaaS delivery, and technical customer success. You’ll sharpen your skills in API integrations, SQL, Python scripting, and cloud technologies while gaining exposure to product roadmap influence, executive stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership in a high-growth startup environment.
- • Your day-to-day will include acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing regular cadences such as weekly check-ins, executive summaries, adoption strategy sessions, and quarterly business reviews. You’ll build trusted relationships with both technical stakeholders and C-suite executives, ensuring alignment on goals and value realization.
- • You will lead customer onboarding and implementation projects, driving fast time-to-value by delivering product demos, building workflows, reports, and dashboards, and handling non-complex technical tasks like API integrations, SQL queries, debugging, and Python scripting. For complex implementations, you’ll collaborate closely with Solutions Architects.
- • You will partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers on renewal strategies, upsells, and cross-sells, advocating internally for customer priorities and representing their voice in product roadmap discussions. You’ll also develop and maintain detailed account success plans in coordination with the broader account team.
- • Additionally, you’ll work with customers on business value realization exercises and case studies, collaborating with Oscilar’s customer marketing and account teams to showcase ROI and success stories.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering roles within SaaS or fintech environments.
- • Proven track record of working directly with enterprise customers and executives, including managing escalations, leading business reviews, and driving customer outcomes.
- • Technical proficiency in API integrations, SQL, Python scripting, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
