- • As a Technical Account Manager at Stripe, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the company’s largest and most complex users, helping them maximize value from Stripe’s financial infrastructure platform while driving their global growth and technical success.
- • Day to day, you will provide gold-standard experiences to key stakeholders, lead user-facing meetings, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical and operational challenges, and create user-facing content that supports long-term solutions in areas like fraud, disputes, product adoption, and global expansion.
- • You’ll be part of a specialized team within Stripe’s Operations organization that works closely with Account Management, Support, Product, and Engineering to deliver strategic, proactive guidance to enterprise clients.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in enterprise client management, technical consulting, and payments infrastructure while developing leadership skills in cross-functional collaboration and strategic problem-solving at the intersection of technology and business.
