📋 Description
- • As a Technical Account Manager at vCluster, you are the primary architect of customer outcomes after the deal closes, ensuring customers realize and expand the value of their investment through proactive partnership and technical credibility.
- • You will lead end-to-end customer onboarding, build and maintain success plans, articulate business value from platform adoption, own customer relationship cadence including QBRs and EBRs, drive renewal and expansion motions, and serve as the internal voice of the customer to Product and Engineering teams.
- • vCluster Labs is a venture-backed tech startup pioneering Kubernetes virtualization for the AI era, with over $30M raised from top-tier VCs, a remote-first culture, and a mission to enable AI Cloud providers and enterprises to maximize GPU infrastructure ROI through its open-source vCluster platform and Infrastructure Tenancy Platform for AI.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies, master enterprise SaaS post-sales motions, build strategic relationships across technical and executive stakeholders, and contribute to shaping a repeatable customer success framework in a high-growth startup environment.
