Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Technical Account Manager at vCluster, you are the primary architect of customer outcomes after the deal closes, ensuring customers realize and expand the value of their investment through proactive partnership and technical credibility.
• • You will lead end-to-end customer onboarding, build and maintain success plans, articulate business value from platform adoption, own customer relationship cadence including QBRs and EBRs, drive renewal and expansion motions, and serve as the internal voice of the customer to Product and Engineering teams.
