- • As a Technical Account Manager at Redis Ltd., you will serve as the technical liaison for customers, acting as the subject matter expert on all technical aspects of the Redis platform to ensure successful post-sales engagement and long-term customer success.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the post-sales process by understanding client needs and the Redis technological platform, developing trusted advisor relationships with clients, driving technical aspects of revenue performance optimization, serving as the technical and product expert, identifying and upselling new revenue opportunities, onboarding new customers, providing Enhanced Enterprise Support, and collaborating internationally to streamline product delivery processes.

- • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in database technologies and cloud platforms, strengthen your client-facing and consultative skills, gain experience in enterprise sales and account expansion, and grow your ability to bridge technical and business needs—positioning you for advancement in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in pre/post sales engineering, ideally in database engineering
- • Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux
- • Practical hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP
- • Strong technical skills to assess and address customer needs and challenges
- • Strong verbal and written communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- • Bachelor’s degree from a university, preferably in Computer Science
