- • Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic healthcare customers, guiding them through the full lifecycle of UiPath Platform adoption, from initial implementation to enterprise-scale automation and Agentic AI programs.
- • Build and deliver hands-on proof-of-concepts (POCs), agent prototypes, and automation accelerators directly within customer environments to accelerate adoption of agentic capabilities.
- • Develop reusable POC templates, deployment accelerators, and solution patterns for the Client Success team to replicate across the healthcare portfolio.
- • Own the technical success of healthcare accounts by conducting technical health checks, maturity assessments, and identifying opportunities to improve scalability, governance, reliability, and adoption.
- • Provide proactive technical guidance on platform architecture, infrastructure planning, deployment strategies, upgrades, performance optimization, and troubleshooting for enterprise automation systems.
- • Collaborate with customer technical teams to design solutions leveraging automation, AI orchestration, integrations, APIs, and emerging agentic capabilities.
- • Partner with UiPath Product Support, Engineering, Professional Services, and Solution Engineering teams to resolve complex, high-priority customer technical challenges.
- • Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance alignment with healthcare industry standards by working closely with UiPath Infra and security teams.
- • Deliver technical workshops, presentations, and strategic planning sessions to enable customer stakeholders on UiPath best practices and emerging platform capabilities.
- • Stay current on advancements in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Intelligent Document Processing, and healthcare IT trends to translate innovation into measurable business outcomes.
- • Balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on technical execution, including code reviews, solution development, configuration, and troubleshooting as needed.
- • Assess customer environments to identify technical risks and opportunities, independently driving actions that reduce risk, accelerate adoption, and increase business value realization.
- • Contribute to reusable assets, best practices, and enablement materials to strengthen the broader Client Success organization.
- • Maintain awareness of contract utilization to drive shelfware consumption and positively impact commercial outcomes.
- • Operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment with minimal oversight, prioritizing effectively to deliver results.
- • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, building trust and alignment across customer roles from developers to executives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, Software Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- • Direct, hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or architecting solutions on the UiPath Platform.
- • Strong knowledge of enterprise automation technologies, software development practices, cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture concepts.
- • Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-powered solutions, including prompt engineering, tool/function design, agent orchestration, and output validation.
- • Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex technical challenges, navigate ambiguity, and develop creative, practical solutions to difficult customer problems.
- • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
