- • Lead structured discovery sessions with engineering and simulation teams to identify high-value use cases for Neural Concept’s AI-driven simulation platform, defining clear success criteria and business justification.
- • Build and execute customer adoption plans tied to measurable business outcomes including time-to-market reduction, iteration cycle acceleration, engineering capacity expansion, and quality improvement.
- • Conduct tailored software demos, technical deep-dives, and hands-on workshops to enable engineers to integrate Neural Concept into their daily CAE workflows.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to drive customer expansion and renewals by identifying upsell opportunities based on usage patterns, engagement metrics, and value realisation.
- • Facilitate onboarding processes for new enterprise customers, ensuring seamless transition from sales to implementation with clear technical handoffs to Application Engineers and R&D teams.
- • Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal Product/R&D teams, capturing and communicating product feedback, usability issues, and feature requests to influence roadmap priorities.
- • Monitor customer health and adoption metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities, escalating technical blockers and recommending solutions in partnership with engineering support.
- • Translate Neural Concept’s AI-powered simulation capabilities into context-specific solutions that address real-world engineering pain points in automotive, consumer tech, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
- • Prepare and deliver reports on customer success milestones, adoption rates, and value achieved to engineering leadership and steering committees using clear, non-technical language.
- • Serve as a trusted engineering advisor by speaking the language of CAD/CAE users, demonstrating deep understanding of simulation-driven design processes, and earning credibility through technical problem-solving.
- • Work closely with Sales to support the acquisition of new enterprise customers by providing technical validation and demonstration of platform capabilities.
- • Coordinate with internal technical teams to execute complex projects requiring deep integration or customisation, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
- • Maintain a proactive, structured approach to managing multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously under ambiguity and evolving requirements.
- • Communicate the impact of AI in engineering workflows to both technical engineers and executive stakeholders, bridging the gap between technological innovation and operational reality.
- • Represent customer needs internally to ensure product development reflects real-world use cases and pain points observed across key verticals.
- • Travel up to 50% within India to conduct on-site customer engagements, workshops, and technical consultations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Engineering degree (mechanical, aerospace, automotive, industrial, or similar) with hands-on experience using CAD/CAE tools and workflows
- • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within engineering software (sales, pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management)
- • Understanding of simulation-driven design processes and the challenges faced by engineering teams
- • Working understanding of AI and machine learning concepts applied to engineering; ability to guide customers through AI adoption
- • Comfort with scripting or light programming (e.g., Python) at a functional level
- • Proactive, structured approach to managing ambiguity and executing complex customer programs
