- • As a Technical Account Manager IV at Samsara, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, driving measurable business value and long-term platform adoption by translating operational goals into technical solutions.
- • Day to day, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, develop tailored success plans, conduct technical deep dives and quarterly reviews, own the technical ticket lifecycle from escalation to resolution, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to champion customer needs during critical incidents.
- • Samsara is a pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, helping industries like agriculture, construction, transportation, and manufacturing harness IoT data to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability; as a recently public company, you’ll have autonomy and support to make a lasting impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Samsara’s platform (including APIs, hardware, and software), develop consultative problem-solving skills, influence technical and executive stakeholders, and grow your career in a high-growth environment that rewards ownership and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as technical account management, solutions consulting, or customer success
- • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- • Exceptional technical literacy with ability to understand and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and API integrations
- • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- • Experience supporting global enterprise-level customers in a SaaS, IoT, or PaaS environment (nice-to-have)
- • Prior experience with Samsara, Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Gong, Gainsight, and Tableau (nice-to-have)
