- • As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Commvault, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Enterprise customers, driving post-sale success by aligning technical solutions with business goals to ensure value realization, retention, and expansion.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders, act as the central point of contact for assigned accounts, conduct regular success reviews, advise on cyber resiliency strategies, collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, Engineering), monitor GRR and NRR metrics, and advocate for customer feedback within Commvault.
