📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end production journey for customer AI workloads, guiding them from proof-of-concept to scalable, reliable production deployment on Nebius infrastructure.
• Ensure customer workloads are stable, performant, and cost-efficient by monitoring and optimizing latency, throughput, and system reliability.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between customer engineering teams and Nebius internal teams, including Solution Architects, Product, and Infrastructure.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in AI inference pipelines, leveraging deep understanding of inference frameworks such as vLLM and TensorRT.
• Translate complex technical challenges into actionable solutions that improve time-to-production and time-to-value for enterprise AI customers.
• Serve as the go-to point of contact during production incidents, coordinating cross-functionally to resolve issues under pressure while maintaining clear communication.
• Provide ongoing guidance on best practices for deploying and optimizing LLM inference, GPU workloads, and distributed AI systems in cloud environments.
• Collect and structure customer feedback on product limitations and infrastructure pain points, feeding insights directly into Product and Infrastructure roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to expand customer usage of Nebius platform features based on real-world deployment patterns.
• Maintain a proactive, ownership-driven mindset—focused on outcomes, not just task completion—and manage multiple customer accounts with competing priorities.
• Support customer expansion through technical success, demonstrating value that naturally leads to increased adoption, without engaging in direct sales activities.
• Do not design systems from scratch; instead, optimize and validate existing customer architectures to ensure alignment with Nebius platform capabilities.
• Avoid reactive support roles; instead, anticipate issues and implement preventive measures to ensure production stability before incidents occur.

🎯 Requirements

• Practical knowledge of inference frameworks such as vLLM, TensorRT, or similar
• Solid understanding of cloud or infrastructure systems and distributed systems or high-load applications
• Experience working directly with technical customers (e.g., engineers, ML teams) and communicating complex technical topics clearly
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive outcomes across multiple customer accounts
• Ability to troubleshoot and reason about system performance in AI/ML workloads
• Proven ability to manage priorities and execute with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
