📋 Description

• Lead structured discovery sessions with engineering and simulation teams to identify high-value use cases for Neural Concept’s AI-driven simulation platform, translating engineering pain points into actionable programs with clear success criteria and business justification.
• Drive customer adoption and expansion by building success plans tied to measurable outcomes such as reduced time-to-market, increased engineering capacity, and fewer design iterations.
• Plan and execute tailored software demos, technical presentations, and workshops to demonstrate how Neural Concept integrates into live CAE workflows, ensuring seamless adoption by simulation engineers and design teams.
• Facilitate onboarding and technical deep-dives to embed Neural Concept’s platform into customers’ daily engineering routines, moving beyond pilot projects to sustained, everyday usage.
• Monitor customer engagement and usage metrics to identify adoption risks early and proactively collaborate with Account Executives to initiate expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate directly with Application Engineers and R&D teams to deliver complex technical solutions when required, acting as the primary liaison between customer needs and internal technical resources.
• Act as the primary voice of the customer by collecting, synthesizing, and escalating product feedback, usability issues, and feature requests to Product and R&D teams to influence roadmap priorities.
• Report customer health, adoption milestones, and quantified value realisation to engineering leadership and steering committees using clear, executive-level communication.
• Establish engineering champions within customer organizations who become internal advocates for AI-driven transformation across design and simulation workflows.
• Maintain deep technical credibility by speaking the language of CAD/CAE users, understanding simulation-driven design processes, and earning trust through problem-first engagement rather than solution-push.
• Navigate ambiguity and complex engineering environments to align AI-enabled simulation tools with real-world constraints in automotive, consumer tech, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Translate Neural Concept’s capabilities into context-specific workflows, ensuring integration with existing tools and processes without disrupting established engineering practices.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical engineers and non-technical executive stakeholders, adapting messaging for audience level and decision-making authority.
• Travel up to 30% across the UK and EMEA region to support customer engagements, on-site workshops, and strategic account reviews.
• Operate with high ownership and autonomy in a results-focused culture, where success is measured by customer adoption, renewal rates, and expansion revenue driven by demonstrable engineering value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer feedback directly informs product development and go-to-market strategy.
• Contribute to the broader mission of transforming engineering workflows by embedding AI into simulation practices, turning months of computation into days and intuition into data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, automotive, industrial, or related field with hands-on experience in CAD/CAE tools and workflows
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles within engineering software (sales, pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management)
• Demonstrated understanding of simulation-driven design processes and the challenges that slow down engineering teams
• Working understanding of AI and machine learning concepts as applied to engineering, with enthusiasm for guiding customers through this transformation
• Comfort with scripting or light programming (e.g., Python) at a functional level
• Strong ability to communicate technical topics clearly to both engineers and executives
