- • The Technical Account Specialist manages Diversey’s businesses within their assigned territory, ensuring customers have an outstanding experience with cleaning and sanitation programs while delivering value propositions and meeting contracted service level agreements for laundry, kitchen, and housekeeping applications.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include surveying, installing, maintaining, and repairing chemical dispensing platforms and leased dish machines at customer sites; conducting routine visits; training customers on safe equipment use and product information; managing inventory levels; diagnosing and resolving technical problems; completing administrative duties such as timesheets and purchase order follow-ups; and adhering to EHS policies and safety protocols.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma or equivalent required
- • 1+ years of field service experience maintaining industrial equipment or selling cleaning solutions/equipment to Hospitality/Food Service businesses
- • Valid US Driver’s License with good driving record and ability to drive for extended periods
- • Computer technology experience – Email, Excel, Word, Google Apps, Cell Apps
- • Ability to move objects up to 40 lbs and perform precise work in limited spaces
- • Plumbing and electrical skills
- • Professional attitude, self-motivated, with high attention to detail, time management, communication, decision-making, interpersonal, and organizational skills
