📋 Description

• As a Technical Adoption Manager at Broadcom Inc., you will serve as a trusted advisor driving cross-functional customer experiences using technical, communication, and collaboration skills to help customers achieve their full potential through VMware technology adoption.
• You will guide enterprise customers in rapidly onboarding, adopting, and realizing business value through success planning, execution, and technical guidance across the entire customer journey.
• You will create long-term relationships with assigned customers while developing an understanding of their technical goals as they align with business goals and the overall impact of VMware’s solutions on business results.
• You will collaborate with the broader VMware team, leveraging proven work experience in customer-facing positions and using tenured expertise with VMware’s VCF, SDDC, and Cloud Environment technologies.
• You will utilize TAM playbooks, delivery kits, and tools to guide customers through creating Success Plans, delivering technology roadmaps, providing solution guidance, optimizing operations, and providing industry insights.
• You will build relationships with CxO level personnel and collaborate with multi-functional VMware project teams.
• You will use organizational and planning skills to keep track of customer plans, adjusting as needed and driving them to completion.
• You will help VMware create 'customers for life' by collaborating with Customer Success, Global Support, Education, Professional Services, Development, and Sales teams.
• You will contribute back to the internal global TAM community by sharing experiences gained from working with customers and learning from peers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant years of experience required.
• Strong business acumen and technical skills with the ability to come up to speed quickly on VMware’s latest solutions.
• Passion for learning and leveraging VMware’s core products to help Fortune 100 customers succeed in creating an effective Multi-Cloud Operating Model/Deployment.
• Ability to help organizations achieve business objectives through the usage of technology.
