  • • Embark on a pivotal role as a Technical Advisor at SailPoint Technologies, a leader in identity security, where you will be instrumental in shaping and guiding customers towards robust Identity Security Programs.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your deep technical expertise and consultative skills to become a trusted advisor to a diverse clientele, including global financial institutions, government entities, and pharmaceutical organizations.
  • • Your journey begins with immersing yourself in SailPoint's cutting-edge SaaS and/or Software solutions, building a comprehensive understanding of their capabilities and applications.
  • • Within the initial one to two months, you will transition into a technical leadership role, spearheading customer engagements and resolving complex cases.
  • • This involves expertly communicating with clients and partners, drawing upon your extensive industry knowledge to impart best practices for SailPoint products and identity governance strategies.
  • • By the six-month mark, you will have solidified your standing as both a technical and consultative authority within the Professional Services organization.
  • • Your first year will culminate in becoming an indispensable advisor to customers, partners, internal leadership, and a mentor to less experienced team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • • A core responsibility involves conducting thorough assessments of customers' existing identity landscapes, identifying gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
  • • Based on these assessments, you will architect and present future identity roadmaps, providing strategic direction for their evolving needs.
  • • You will play a key role in building out customers' Identity Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and application onboarding programs, ensuring seamless integration and effective management.
  • • A critical aspect of your role is to ensure adherence to SailPoint's best practices throughout project lifecycles, guaranteeing successful project delivery and optimal outcomes.
  • • You will be expected to advise and guide junior resources on project implementation, sharing your expertise and fostering their development.
  • • Provide insightful analysis of pros and cons for customers considering custom tool development to meet unique and complex business objectives, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • • Cultivate and maintain strong, healthy business relationships with customers and partners, serving as their primary technical point of contact and advocate.
  • • Collaborate effectively with other advisory services leads and program managers, offering recommendations for program enhancements and strategic adjustments.
  • • Engage with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of the product roadmap, identify product limitations, and translate this knowledge into strategic advice for customers.
  • • Document and present findings related to SaaS product adoption gaps, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.
  • • Proactively recommend strategies and solutions to enhance SaaS product consumption and maximize customer value.
  • • Tackle complex technical challenges by leveraging SailPoint's Atlas extensibility platform, which will involve hands-on implementation work.
  • • (Optional) In addition to core responsibilities, you may have the opportunity to manage, mentor, and coach direct reports, contributing to team development and leadership.
  • • (Optional) You might also be involved in managing project scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and reporting weekly status updates.
  • • (Optional) Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) renewals team to mitigate churn risk, drive SaaS adoption, and identify or manage new advisory services opportunities.
  • • (Optional) Take ownership of existing Advisory Services client renewal opportunities, ensuring successful closure and continued client engagement.
  • • This role is critical in ensuring SailPoint's customers achieve their identity governance objectives, driving value and security through expert technical guidance and strategic partnership.
