Staff - Tech Lead Software Engineer - OpenCTI

📋 Description

• • As a Staff/Tech Lead Software Engineer on the OpenCTI team, you will drive the technical vision and mentor the software engineering team while contributing directly to key parts of the codebase, major features, and critical bug fixes.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a technical relay, supervising and animating technical topics across teams, promoting best practices for code quality and performance, facilitating transversal initiatives such as dependency management and security issues, and supporting engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and regular feedback.
• • You will collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and other staff engineers to size tasks, plan the roadmap, and define the scope of future milestones within a team of 3 to 6 developers ranging from junior to senior levels.
